Computer Products
Computers may not be returned to the store. Please contact the manufacturer for all questions and support. There are no returns on Software purchases. General Goods

Non Textbooks
Supplies can be returned/exchanged within 10 days of the first academic day of classes with a valid register receipt. During the Summer Term, this is 4 days and is posted on your receipt. Following this return period, supplies may be returned/exchanged within 2 business days of purchase with a valid receipt. Textbooks
Textbooks purchased ONLINE or in the store may be returned to the GTCC Jamestown Bookstore 10 Days from the first day of classes. During Summer Term, this time period is 4 days. Curriculumn materials purchased after the start of class, have a 2 business day return policy after the date of purchase. Continuing Education books and materials have a 10 business day return policy from the course start date. CON-ED courses shorter than 10 business days, such as Notary, have a 48 hour return policy. You MUST present an original valid receipt and your (Student I.D. or Drivers License) to receive a refund within this given time period. All return shipments must be received within the returns period. GTCC does not provide pre-paid return postage. Thank you for shopping with GTCC.
