- Complete any quizzes or assignments that may be required to access the DayONE link. You may have to have a passing grade to continue.
- Make sure to use Chrome as your browser.
- Enable pop-ups.
- Make sure you are trying to access materials inside of Canvas not from an outside website.
- Clear your cookies and your browsing history and try again
