Opened in 2012, GTCC's Titans Tech Center is one of the few computer tech shops at a community college in North Carolina. As a tech-focused school, GTCC recognized the importance of providing students with the right technology to succeed in their university studies or technical careers. The Titans Tech Center continues to support students, parents, faculty, and staff with questions, sales, and repairs daily.
Service/Warranty: If you purchase a laptop or tablet from the Titans Tech Center, GTCC offers assistance with repairs, software, and more. Even if you didn’t buy your device from them, we can still provide advice on improving performance, anti-virus software, and other tech-related issues. Note: BRING YOUR CHARGING CABLE...all in warranty repairs and service require your charger and sign-in information.
NOTE: GTCC allows 1 laptop or desktop and 1 tablet device purchase per person per semester, in-person at the Jamestown or Greensboro Campus Store. We do not ship devices. Students must register the device upon receipt to validate the warranty.
